SO I praised 18, but not praising 100th Black Market. Im not a big fan. The concept and the idea are very interesting on paper, but the execution is pretty lacking. Also, enemies are tanky for like no reason in this game. The most random of enemies. The RNG is not fun in this game, and its an integral part. The game ultimately feels like a worse 18.

The game is pretty mid honestly. Cards are still fun to use though, and the waves system isnt very fun, but the bosses are. Should have pulled something like this but for a boss rush, similar to that of Impossible Spell card but rather back to back different bosses in certain stages.

As a mostly Easy player who attempts Normal only occasionally, and after 12 play hours and just unlocking the 6th card slot and the 6th stage, I must say I like this game. But then I like most of the gimmicky non-integer games (with the exception of Impossible Spell Card, which I had difficulty getting used to). The short duration of each stage, similar to Shoot the Bullet games, makes

the game more casual and forgiving, as I don’t ruin a 30-minute game just because several mess-ups in 30 seconds. The Magic Circle makes the game feel a bit like Fairy Wars, with a new mechanic to get used to; while the ice time in Fairy Wars usually allows me to rest a bit, the Magic Circle lasts longer but often pressures me to find a new location while the bullets slow down.
