Weapon combos have been added that turn what are already good weapons into room clearing destruction devices, a few new bosses and a whole new zone. Dev updates it’ll be stuff like “Fixed a graphics bug, Adjusted Damage on the main sword by 20%, added an entire new skill tree and level…” There are so many new things, even a build your own skill tree, a build your own body, and new deeper levels of power. Also: The controller support at the moment is excellent. You’ll have some menu troubles, but playing through combat with a XB1 controller is so much easier than M+KB thanks to some great auto aim.

Quick version: This is “The Cultivation of Issac”, and I mean that in a great way. The controller support’s still being worked on but is serviceable, and the game itself, a bunch of fun. Here’s the big thing though. At the time of writing, I’ve had the game around 2 weeks and the dev’s updated it 11

times. Almost once a day there’s some small update fixing bugs and adding in some new combos, abilities, or whatever came to the mind. Heck since I’ve purchased the game there have been two full new skill trees added, so you basically eventually have 3 entire different character build types (Xian, Demon, Body).
