Since the day i backed this game on kickstarter i had really high hopes for it. A pixel art, turned based, class based rpg with a deep story, it was my dream game and boy has it turned into one. Once the alpha released i was playing none stop with no breaks in between. The way all the characters, battle systems, writing and the world building is just perfect. The games combat opens as a traditional turn based party rpg which seems boring to some but this game does something that makes genuinely all the battles in this game engaging, challenging and new. This mechanic is called the overdrive meter if i went into this mechanic here, This would probably take up your entire screen but just know it is a really good mechanic that makes turn based combat make you think about your abilities carefully no matter where you are in the game.
