Path of Kami is a relaxing puzzle exploration game following the spirit of a Japanese wolf Kazeyo as he navigates the trials of the Mortal and Spirit World through puzzles. He is accompanied by Wisp companion who is there to guide him on his journey. Path of Kami contains elements of both traditional Japanese folktales (Momotaro, Issun-Boushi), as well as a more personal journey for the main character.It’s a short but beautiful world, easy to travel and explore. Don’t pay too much attention to the puzzles or the challenge, its beauty is in the sights and letting the world speak by itself and tell the story. It has some flaws but it shows a lot of potential to be a very immersive experience.

Sadly the story is a little bit too simple and shallow, but I found myself wondering what the world wants to tell us. The best of the experience was discovering and taking pictures of the beautiful scenery. It is a nice game for the price and I love the idea! BUT once I was crossing the teleport to the spirit world I got an idea to go back trough the portal. And at this point the game has crashed with a fatal error. The save point is just right after I have placed the key,however the door what should be open – since I had the key – is blocked. I wasn’t able to unlock the door. So sad there is no manual save or even a chance to load an earlier save what could be loaded in. I hope the dev. would fix this problem
