• Extract and run.
• Incest Patch Installation:
  You only need to add it once, it will save the change in your persistent file (saves). Copy/extract 'game' folder from the attached archive into SM root folder (where the .exe is).
  If you'd like to disable it down the line, you can do persistent.is_special = False in the console.
  Not much need for it right now, but there's surely more to come.
